8. Lucy Spraggan -THEN
Let’s hop off the crazy train for a sec and check in on Lucy Spraggan. You remember Lucy don’t you? The girl who sang her original song ”Last Night”, with comical lyrics about beer fear which most of us found all too relatable? That’s the one!
After making it all the way to the finals, Spraggan was forced to bow out of the competition at the last minute due to an ongoing illness that had affected her throughout the entire season.
Not too fear, the talented lyricist went on to sign a record deal with Columbia Records who helped her to release her first studio album!
Lucy has now settled down and tied the knot with her long-term partner, Georgina Gordon. Don’t worry though, she’s still producing music and is scheduled to release another album jam-packed with quirky tunes in Spring 2019.
