2. Zsalynn Whitworth.
We were introduced to Zsalynn in Season 2 of ‘My 600-lb life’ who at the time, was married to her manipulative and unsupportive husband who cared more about his feeding fetish than his wife’s life. Literally.
Fortunately for Zsalynn, she found the strength to file for divorce; although she struggled with loneliness and depression after their split, she came out of it on the other side.
It seems she’s found herself a new fancy man who treats her the way she deserves to be treated.
She said the following:
Gareth “has a physical preference for his sexual needs…that requires me to be bigger than just fat.”
“I realize I’ve been telling myself a lie — and that lie was killing me. Big can’t be beautiful when it means my daughter can’t have a mother. [Gareth] has no idea how close to death I feel every day.”
