4. Check the unit price of items

This one’s a bit more time consuming- but can save you a fair bit! Take note of the unit price (price per 100ml/ price per kilo) to see which is actually getting you more bang for your buck!

A jumbo sized item might seem a lot pricier but when you actually break it down would usually work out cheaper.
