23. Paul Harman Elliott (ChuckleVision)

Paul Harman Elliott made up one half of the Chuckle Brothers and appeared alongside Barry in the long-running comedy series ChuckleVision. The pair took home the Special Award for Lifetime Achievement at the British Academy Children’s Awards in 2008 before the show ended in 2009.

NOW -Caught Speeding!

In December 2015, Paul was caught speeding in a 40mph zone and was forced to take a speed awareness course and accept three points on his licence. At the time, he is said to shared that he was “a careful driver” who in his fifty years of driving, had never been reprimanded.
