Be thankful smellivision is still a pipe dream: apparently the smell of the contestants was so bad the camera crew complained. Deodorant has been supplied from the second series onwwards.

41. Originally they weren’t even supposed to have toilet paper

Luckily, once again, the producers softened their stance and decided this would be taking the p*ss (sorry, we couldn’t resist).

40. Now, everything they need for washing is provided in the shower

Is the most thrilling thing about staying away from home the free miniature shampoos in the hotel shower? 100%. The ones provided in the camp are all biodegradable, for environmental reasons.
