The Welsh capital city is the healthiest place in Wales to reside, according to Wales Online, which reported that Cardiff has the lowest rate of obesity in Wales

The rate is at 19%, which of course is far from ideal, but it’s better than other areas of Wales, for example 24% in Wrexham! Yikes.
