The most famous ghost of Chillingham Castle comes in the ghost form of a boy known as “blue boy” or “radiant boy”…

Guests report seeing halos of light and blue flashes after hearing a loud wail. The light show sounds rather nice but the sound effects? Not so much!

Renovations took place in the castle and two bodies were found inside a 3 metre wall. Can you guess who they were? A man and…you guessed it – a young boy.

Apparently the bones of his fingers had been worn away to the nubs because he tried desperately to scratch his way out of the wall – not a pretty picture!
