With the drinking age of 21 and over, it’s not surprising that the streets of America are normally pretty sparse when it comes to underage drinkers.

Brits tend to be a lot more open about their alcoholism – you can’t walk down the streets on a Saturday night without seeing people hanging about with bottles.
