Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle – Don’t try this at home
This was such a popular toy, based on the real life stunt man. Even though the actual person, Evel Knievel, crashed once, no such thing happened to sales of the tiny motor cycles. They were at the top of the Christmas list in the early70s.

Before the Game Boy, a 9 volt powered device, handheld, became available. The buzz and excitement became almost too much to bear. It was revolutionary and enabled dads and their sons to play football on it.
Mattel Electronic Football – Technology at its best
Once the electronic era was upon us, a high-tech game, ‘Pong’ became readily available to play at home. Previously, we had to go to the arcade but now it was at our fingertips, day and night. I doubt technology could get any better.
