He’s not romantic at all
But Gino revealed in a past interview that he really doesn’t go in for the whole soppy romance thing.
Romance really IS dead
When asked how he treats his wife – Jessica – he explained that he will charge her electric toothbrush; or fill up her car with petrol; or clean the inside of her car.

He even revealed that they don’t spend a lot of time together:
“I think that’s one of the reasons we’ve lasted for 20 years. It’s a good thing: I don’t really want to know everything my wife does, because otherwise she will be boring to me.”
22. It’s settled: NO Pineapple on pizza
And that’s because Gino himself says so. When he led a masterclass on pizza making, he caught sight of a pizza with pineapple and questioned it.

It was defended, of course, but Gino was having none of it:
“Pineapple should never be on a pizza. It’s like putting an apple on a pizza.”
