24. Arya wipes out House Frey
House Frey were responsible for the wiping out of the majority of House Stark. Namely, Robb, his wife and unborn child, and Catelyn.
Not a nice man
The Freys did this to secure an alliance with House Lannister, and because Robb had broken his vow to Walder Frey.

But they’d forgotten that the Stark family was not wiped out. Many of them had since become talented killers, or clever players of the game.
Leave one wolf alive, and the sheep are never safe
It was this fatal underestimation that led to House Frey’s destruction. Arya, having completed her training, had returned to Westeros with her list of names.

Her first act was to take the face of a serving girl in the Frey’s castle, and to serve Walder Frey pie made from the meat of his own children. Realising he was in mortal danger, he tried to escape. But there was no mercy for him.
A satisfying death
Arya wasn’t finished. She took Walder’s face and made sure that she poisoned the rest of House Frey’s supporters at a great feast. When she removed the faces on both occasions, it was quite a shock to find Arya underneath. You go, girl.
“Tell them that winter came for House Frey.”
