19. Daenerys frees the Unsullied
Who doesn’t remember the famous “Dracarys” that Daenerys uttered when she doomed the slavers at Astapor?
She knew what she wanted
This was one of those moments where Daenerys proved that she’d come a long way from her beginnings in series 1.

When Daenerys met with Kraznys, she revealed nothing except that she was interested in buying his Unsullied forces. The Unsullied are an elite force of killers bred and trained in Astapor.
A dragon is not a slave
When she offered one of her dragons to secure the deal, both Jorah and Barristan Selmy urged against it.

But Daenerys ignored them, and exchanged Drogon for control of the Unsullied. What she didn’t tell her advisers or Kraznys was that she could speak Valyrian (the tongue that Kraznys had been using to insult her)…
Absolutely legendary
She consequently commanded the Unsullied to kill all the slave-masters of Astapor and Drogon to burn Kraznys alive. This was done, surprising everyone and securing her power.
