The brummy town of Hodge Hill is just four miles East of Birmingham City Centre.

The percentage of people here without qualifications is SIX per cent higher than the national average.

2. Sparkbrook

It’s bad news for Birmingham with another town of theirs as runner up for the lowest IQ.

Just 23% of the residents are educated to Level 4 (A level equivalent) and the number of people on jobseekers allowance is double the national average.
