35. Govan, Glasgow
In 2017, 934 people died as a result of substance misuse: 30% of those deaths came from Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

34. Dundee, Scotland
In January 2018, it was revealed that 12 people in Dundee died from substance misuse and it is feared that this number will continue to rise.
