Unfortunately, the area has been scarred by drug abuse which has seen the overall crime rate increase. Between 2016 and 2017 a shocking 42 drug related crimes were recorded!
23. Killingbeck and Seacroft, Leeds
Killingbeck and Seacroft is a council ward, situated in Leeds, that is currently seeing a rise in substance abuse.

Hyde Park in Leeds is home to around 25,914 people; despite having a small population, the area has seen an increase in drug misuse with a total of 48 drug related crimes having been recorded between 2016 and 2017!
