Dem dancing bones
Bones help to keep everything together. Muscles attach to them and enable us to move. Essentially, it’s out framework.

So when you’re born you have a total of 300 bones. But wait – when grown, you have only 206. What?

This is actually because during growth your bones fuse together. So you didn’t really lose any – they just merged. Weird.
56. Teeth grow early
Ah, teeth. You either get totally fussed about them or you don’t. You either fear the dentist, or you don’t.

And whilst it’s common knowledge that we all have 32 teeth (or at least, most of us do!) – what most people don’t know is that your teeth first start growing a whole 6 months before birth! This is why some babies are born with a tooth.
55. Stomach acid is super strong
Your stomach acid is incredibly potent. In fact, if a razor blade was left within your stomach safely, the acid could dissolve it in no time at all.
