30. Ramelle wasn’t even filmed in a real town
We all now know that Ramelle isn’t real – it’s a fictional town, invented by the filmmakers.
It’s fictional

Turns out, no. The whole Ramelle sequence was actually filmed on a fake set created especially for the film.
The actual set
It took a grand total of 4 months to build, and was constructed just outside London.

The place is now a closed-off World War II air base. Tons of rubble was purchased to bring onto the set.
Lots of rubble was brought in
When filming was done, the half-destroyed set was completely demolished. So Ramelle really doesn’t exist at all!
