Yup, you read that right. Robin Williams was not the first choice for Alan Parrish!
What were they thinking?
When we think of Jumanji, our minds cannot help but conjure up an image of Robin Williams as the unkempt Alan Parrish.

But for some reason, producers of the movie didn’t have Robin Williams as their number one choice!

In fact their first choice for the role was Tom Hanks -admittedly another amazing actor who would have done a great job.
