19. Alan And Sarah Weren’t Really The Same Age…
Remember we mentioned the not so big age difference between Judy and Peter Shepherd? Well it turns out they weren’t the only ones who fooled us!

In the movie, Alan Parrish and his best friend Sarah Whittle are supposed to be the same age.

Laura Ashley Bell was the actress who played the young Sarah Whittle, with Adam Hann-Byrd as the young Alan Parrish.

Although they were supposed to be the same age (13-years-old), it turns out only Adam Hann-Byrd shared the same age of his character!

Laura Ashley Bell on the other hand was born in 1981, making her fourteen years old when she played in the movie!
It doesn’t stop there…
The most shocking age difference was actually between Robin Williams and Bonnie Hunt A.K.A. the grown up Alan and Sarah. Williams was actually ten years older than Hunt!
