11. The Final Scene Was Filmed First
It is fairly common for certain scenes of movies to be filmed in a different order, before being pieced together at the end.
Piecing scenes together…
What’s quite unusual is for a movie to have its final scene filmed before any others…

However, this is exactly what happened back in the 1990’s when it came to filming the original Jumanji movie.
Constant battles…
The Parrish house (movie set) was built by Jim Bissell on an empty lot located in Vancouver.

Despite the structure being so huge, it still barely fit the stage on the other side of the wall.
The house was destroyed…
Over the course of the film, the house needed to be broken down by varying tragedies sent by the board game. So as not to have to build it again, the finale scene where the house is shown in all its Christmas glory was filmed before all the others.
