19. Sell out dresses.
The Duchess is certainly known for her impeccable style and chic dress sense: impressing everyone from Madonna to the Queen herself.
Kate’s outfit always sell out in shops…
She’s the type of ‘celeb’ – if you can call her that – who has the ability to wear an outfit and the day after it would be sold out in every store across the country.

Back in 2014, she did just that when she stepped out wearing a Reiss dress when she went to meet the Obamas.
That Reiss dress…
The family-owned high street retailer swung to a profit that year – probably thanks to Kate – after the beige dress she wore sold at a rate of one a minute.

Kate, who is now the unofficial ambassador for the high street chain, also wore a white Reiss dress for her official engagement photographs, taken in 2011 – again, that flew off the shelves.
The other Reiss dress…
“It’s always positive to be associated with Kate Middleton or people of that ilk, but we are selling products that people want, which is key”, Mr Downes, chief financial officer explained.
