15. The travel bug.
Now we all know that Kate has come from a pretty well-off family, it’s easy to understand how she managed to travel so much.

It’s a different story when your parents are multimillionaires though and between the ages of 2 and 4, Kate and her sister Pippa lived in Amman, Jordan with their parents. At the time Michael was a manager at British Airways and Carole was on extended maternity leave.

Fast forward to her teenage years…Kate spent a summer in Florence (alright for some ey!) – that was before she met her very own Casanova who goes by the name of William.

Whilst living her best life in Florence, she studied Renaissance culture and just when you thought that was enough…she also embarked on a 10-week charity trip to Chile at the age of 19: she spent time wilderness trekking as well as doing a three-week marine survey travelling in an inflatable boat studying marine life.

And again, just when you thought that was enough…she also worked on building a new fire station in the region – later revisiting the area with her new hubby William.
