Cletus Hogg – Rick Hurst
He was another shady character who was brought on board to help hatch Boss Hogg’s evil plans.
He used to work at the junk yard.
He was quick to jump on board as deputy sheriff and also as Boss Hogg’s second cousin, twice removed.

Even so, he was the nicer one of the two when he had to join Rosco in his chasing of the Duke boys.
He just did what he was supposed to do.
In fact, he seemed reluctant to being the bad guy and deep down, you could tell that he was a good guy.

Also, it was obvious that he had a crush on Daisy while he was working against her family.
Who wouldn’t have a crush on her?
She was a sweet woman but she clearly had no feelings for this guy at all.
