Other things that we remember about this show:
Often times, there are things about a show that are not appropriate in today’s social climate. For example:
The confederate flag.
This was a major part of how we remember this vehicle, because it was such a big symbol which made up most of the car’s appearance!

These days, this same confederate flag is so more offensive than it used back then.
We also remember Luke sliding across the hood of the car.
He was always anxious to get into that passenger seat because they were in such a hurry all the time.

As it turns out, the whole sliding thing across the hood stunt was actually an accident that the actor made when his foot got caught up, while trying to jump over the hood of the car. It looked so good that it stuck!
Oh yeah, the fat Boss Hog!
Here’s anther thing that we remember about this show because his character really stood out in that element, with his stark white suit and his short, fat body.
