4. Better than the best friend role.
Miley was originally auditioning for the best friend role of Lilly. It turns out the producers saw something in Miley and wanted to bring her back for another audition as Hannah. We know what happened after that.

Since Billy Ray couldn’t stop accidentally saying Hannah’s real name Miley they changed her name from Kiley to Miley.
