1. Fisher Price toys

There was honestly nothing we loved more than the toys that Fisher Price used to bless us with. We would beg for gifts like these every time a birthday came along. Can you remember this dog? The toys used to be the most simple things ever, but we would managed to find hours of fun playing with them! This definitely brings back some great memories.

2. Old Spice

This definitely brings back so many memories of my dad from back in the day. Everything he used to own had to be from the Old Spice brand. I can still remember how these products smell! Every single year I struggled with what to buy my dad for Christmas, but I always ended up buying him products from Old Spice.. it was always the safest option because it was guaranteed that he’d love it!

3. Girls World

We all used to have this when we were younger. There was honestly nothing more fun than going to a sleepover and all taking your dolls heads. We used to think we were qualified hairdressers when we got one of these to play with. I remember I really upset my mum one time because i tried to properly cut the hair off the girl… she was not happy that I’d just ruined my Christmas present!!

4. Shrinking crisps packets

If we were struggling for fun back in the day, then we found that you could actually shrink crisp packets in your oven. Obviously we did this with parent supervision – but we then turned them into little key rings. So much fun!!

5. Cadbury Wildlife Bars

If there was one chocolate bar we always begged for when we were younger, it was this Cadburys one. Can you believe how much cheaper chocolate used to be back in the day? I loved getting myself a chocolate bar so I could eat it on my way home from school.

6. RaRa skirts

If we were ever struggling for outfit ideas, then a RaRa skirt was always a safe option to go for. We must have had so many of these from back in the day – with loads of different colours.

7. Bagpuss

I think we wall remember Bagpuss from when we were younger. This definitely brings back so absolutely incredible memories. This was definitely one of our childhood favourites! I have it all on DVD now – I found them in a charity shop and just couldn’t resist. I wish they still made kids TV like this!!

8. Football sticker album

Remember the days of collecting stickers for your album? We put so much time into these stickers books back in the day! I think that this was the only sticker album that my brother actually managed to finish… I was so jealous of him being able to complete it!

9. The Young Ones

We were so lucky to have grown up in an era like this when TV shows were still being made to this incredible standard. I remember that before Betamax i used to sit there with my Hitachi cassette player in front of the telly and record it. It’s amazing how funny this was even without the visuals.

10. Beaded purses

We used to be obsessed with little accessories like this back in the day. There was nothing we loved more than feeing super glam when we were strolling around with one of these. We could never just have one, instead we had to have them in loads of different colours.

11. The three Billy-goats Gruff

We all remember reading these Ladybird books when we were younger. I remember saving up my pocket money all the time so I could get the next book they brought out. It’s so nice how we had the time to sit and read back in the day – I feel like children of this generation don’t have the time or patience to read a book.

12. The Brownie Guide Handbook

Brownies and Girl Guides played SUCH a huge part of our childhood. We looked forward to it every single week that we went. We loved the fact that there was something new for us to do every single week that we were there.

13. Stretch Armstrong

This was a present that we all got when we were younger. We would spend ages begging for it and after a few tantrums our parents gave in and bought it for us. Me and my brother wanted to see how far we could really stretch this toy and it ended up exploding all over the front room… my mum was not pleased!
