We all remember the days when we used to go to our swimming lessons. There was nothing more fun than this, was there?
We all have SO many memories from these days.
This will definitely put a smile on your face!
1. Collecting The Frosties Badges
How good did you feel when you could add another one of these to your collection? Who else had them stitched to their towel?
2. Just Using These Instead Of Trying To Swim
These didn’t feel like they did a thing to keep you afloat, but the placebo effect was worth it…
3. The One Lesson When You Had To Go In In Your Pyjamas
For those of you who had swimming lessons, you will remember that there was one lesson that you had to go in in your pyjamas.
There was nothing more fun than this, was there? The best part was seeing what pyjamas everyone was willing to go in!
4. These Always Had Bite Marks In Them
These always STUNK and ALWAYS had bite marks in them? Who was chewing them, go on admit it…

5. When You Went On A Saturday And This Bad Boy Was Out
There was honestly nothing better than getting to swimming on a Saturday to see this inflated on the water.
6. Getting Shouted At By The Life Guard For Running
You always used to run around the pool – this was just the norm for us kids. But, you hated it when you were the one person that was pulled up for running round. So annoying!!
7. Getting a Slushie After
After working up a proper appetite and sweat splashing about in the pool, you couldn’t wait to cool off with one of these.
8. …And A Tray Of Chips
This essentially meant that you put back on all the calories that you burnt off when you first went swimming. There was nothing more delicious than a tray of these chips with loads of salt, vinegar and ketchup.
9. When You Swallowed A Gallon Of Chlorine
This was possibly one of the worst things that could happen – when you swallowed full gulp of chlorine. You felt even worse when you realised how many kids actually weed in the pool. Gross.
