We know that there were some things we absolutely LOVED when we were growing up. Half the time these things were just completely weird.

Here are 12 things we loved as kids.

1. These stress balls

We used to be obsessed with these when we were younger.

We never had anything to be stressed about unless these popped everywhere.

2. Joke chewing gum

We LOVED joke things when we were growing up.

This brings back so many happy memories.

3. These aliens

We don’t know why – but we all thought that these used to have babies.

If you claimed yours had babies then you were LYING.

4. Moon Shoes

If you were lucky enough to have been given a pair of these for your Christmas present then you LOVED life.

However, you quickly discovered that these were the most impractical things in the entire world.

5. Bath Pearls

We know that bath pearls were the one thing that you got pretty much every single Christmas.

These were amazing!

6. This key ring

For some weird reason we found this key ring hilarious when we were younger.

There was nothing more tragic than having this attached to your school bag.

7. The cow pooping jelly beans

This was another type of thing that we used to waste our money on.

We could never understand why these were that popular – but we didn’t care.

8. Shag bands

We knew that shag bands were the one craze that hit every single school back in the day.

There used to be certain rules that came alongside these.

9. Fake stretchers

For every single one of us who went through that awkward scene/emo phase, these fake stretchers gave us life.

These were ridiculous and everyone could tell instantly that they were fake.

10. Spiky Earrings

We loved going to Claire’s when we were younger.

The one thing that we bought every time was a pair of these ugly earrings.

11. Devil Finger

Who remembers when this programme used to be ridiculously popular?

This was SO weird!!

12. These fake witches nails

Every single halloween we spent a ridiculous amount of money on costumes.

No outfit would be complete unless you had these fake nails.
