1. Munch Bunch pencil toppers

Who remembers when these pencil toppers came out?! We collected as many of these as possible. People at school were so jealous if you were the only one to have them!

2. Beaded purse

We know that beaded purses were a massive trend that came back in the 80s. There was nothing more cute than owning one of these for our pocket money.

3. Blue mascara

Fashion back in the 80s was fairly crazy.. and this was confirmed when people started wearing blue mascara! We LOVED this trend though and all rushed out to buy our own tube of blue mascara.

4. Blakey’s shoe protectors

These were on our shoes to help protect them and we loved them. The one thing that we loved the most was the fact that it made us sound like we were wearing heels.

5. A&W Wuppets

We used to have loads of these back in the day – we got given them whilst we were at school. They were stuck all around our room.

6. This charm

This charm was one that we all used to have back in the day. We loved wearing charm bracelets back in the day and this featured on all of them!

7. Pom poms

There was a time that we quickly became obsessed with making pom poms as soon as we learnt how to make them. These made an incredible Christmas present when you couldn’t really afford anything else.

8. Body Shop perfume

This little perfume was perfect to store in our bags when we were out and about. Which was your favourite?

9. Swatches

These were the most popular watches back in the 80s. I could never bring myself to throw mine away!

10. Banana clips

These were the biggest saviour for when you were having a nightmare with your hair. I used to have these banana clips in about five different colours.

11. This ring!

This ring was one of the first bits of jewellery that we ever owned. We placed this perfectly in our jewellery boxes and wore it all the time!

12. Twilight Teaser

This lipstick was one of the best ones we used to have back in the day. This was so special and we took it out with us when we went out!
